Definition of Ḍank

The Almighty says: 'Whoever turns away from My remembrance will have a life of hardship' (Ta-Ha 124).

Ad-dank: narrowness in life.

One who distances from God experiences anguish and discomfort even with material wealth.

And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind."
