Definition of Fusḥ
Al-Fusūḥah refers to space and amplitude.
One says: makānun fasīḥ (spacious place).
The Almighty says: 'O you who believe! When you are told to make room in assemblies' (Al-Mujadilah 11).
O you who have believed, when you are told, "Space yourselves" in assemblies, then make space; Allah will make space for you. And when you are told, "Arise," then arise; Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do.
God and His angels shower their blessings on the Prophet. O believers, you should also send your blessings on him, and salute him with a worthy greeting.
