Definition of Ḥaṣila

Al-tahsîl: extracting the kernel from the husk, like extracting gold from ore stone, or grain from chaff.

Allah says: 'And what is within the breasts is made evident (hussila)' (Al-'Âdiyât: 10).

Secret intentions will be revealed.
