Definition Almsadra ala almtlwb

Almsadra ala almtlwb according to At-Ta'rifat al-Fiqhiyya (Al-Barkati)

It is used for a kind of error in the demonstration, due to a fault in its matter with respect to its structure: making the conclusion one of the two premises of the demonstration, by way of some change.
