Definition Al-hamu

Al-hamu according to An-Nihaya (Ibn al-Athir)

Plural of hama, the crown of the head. 'Maqiluhu': its place, borrowed from the place of the qa'ila (hair-tuft).

God and His angels shower their blessings on the Prophet. O believers, you should also send your blessings on him, and salute him with a worthy greeting.
