Definition Al-ʿaʾla al-raabiʿaa

Al-ʿaʾla al-raabiʿaa according to Dustur al-'Ulama (Al-Ahmadnagari)

(The Saqtiyya): the one that connects to (as-Sarri as-Saqqati), who was the successor (khalifa) of Ma'ruf al-Karkhi.
