This category gathers 2 authentic hadiths on the annulment of the marriage (Al Khul'). The first reports that the wife of Thabit ibn Qays separated from her husband by a dissolution of marriage at the time of the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him), who ordered her to count a menstrual period. The second transmits the formula of the khul': "Accept (to take back) the garden, and divorce her once" (no. 58133).
