Hadiths on Rulings of Discretionary Punishments

This section contains two authentic hadiths on the rulings of discretionary punishments. The first sets the ceiling of corrective flogging: «No one should be flogged more than ten lashes except when it comes to one of the limits set by Allah». The second warns that «Allah does not look at a man who approaches a man or a woman anally», ranking this act among the gravest sins.
