The first teaches that insisting on fulfilling an oath by which he may harm his family is, in the sight of Allah, a greater sin than breaking it and paying the expiation Allah has enjoined. The second speaks of servants whose word is answered: « Among Allah's slaves, there are some who, if they take an oath by Allah (concerning something), Allah fulfills it ».
