Hadiths on Inheritance Shares of Embryos

This section holds only one hadith, authentic, bearing the number 64722. Entitled Mirath Al Haml, the inheritance of the embryo, it deals with the case of the newborn in the division of the estate. The text states a brief rule: "A newborn who cries after birth is entitled to inheritance". This short statement fixes the moment when the child to be born is taken into account in inheritance: it suffices that he utters a cry when coming into the world to become a full heir.
