Hadiths on Hajj and ‘Umrah

It contains 59 hadiths on Hajj and ‘Umrah, classified into 14 sub-themes: the obligation of Hajj and the ruling of its abandoner, its virtue, the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, the rulings of the three mosques, the ritual state of consecration (Ihraam) and its prohibitions, the hunting expiation, and the types of rituals. Other sub-themes describe how to make Hajj, its pillars and its obligations, the sacrificial animals (Al-Hady) and the ritual sacrifice of the day of Eid (Al-Udhiyah). The last set gathers 15 hadiths of rulings and practical issues.
